PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment must be made before any tarot reading or any other service given. Sandra Luciano has the right to refuse to give a reading or any other service if payment has not been received.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations are refundable if done so more than 24 hours (MT GMT-7) before a scheduled reading.
The client is responsible for the full amount of the appointment is the cancellation is within 24 hours (MT GMT-7) of the scheduled appointment.
Thank you for your business. We hope you are happy with your reading. To respect the time and value of our services, readings are considered digital goods & services and there are no refunds or exchanges.

DURING A READING
READINGS BEGIN “ON TIME”
Readings begin at the date and time agreed upon between Sandra Luciano and Client. If Client is more than 5 minutes late, Sandra Luciano reserves the right to cancel the appointment because the value of the reading will be impacted. Clients are welcome to schedule a new appointment.
CLIENTS CAN TAKE HANDWRITTEN NOTES. NO RECORDINGS PERMITTED.
● Recordings of any mediumship or psychic readings, or any other service by Sandra Luciano are strictly prohibited unless permission is expressly given in writing by Sandra Luciano.
● Handwritten notes are permitted for paying clients.
SANDRA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE SERVICE MID-READING
Sandra Luciano reserves the right to terminate the reading at any time.
● Sandra treats all of her customers with courtesy and respect and expects the same treatment in return. Any loud, inappropriate, threatening and /or aggressive language and/or behaviour will not be tolerated and the reading or any service given will be stopped immediately and no refund given.

Sandra Luciano also reserves the right to refuse to give/provide a tarot, psychic or mediumship reading or any other service at any point without any explanation at all.
EMAIL READINGS END AFTER ONE RESPONSE FROM SANDRA
Email readings will normally be completed within 3 days of booking and payment. Once your email reading has been completed, feedback is welcomed and valued. You are welcome to ask any questions for the sake of clarity. You cannot, however, ask Sandra Luciano to tune in again for you with new questions, as this would constitute another reading and you will have to pay again for that service. Sandra Luciano is always happy to give clarity on messages already given as part of her email reading service.
AFTER A READING
INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY FROM TESTIMONIAL RESULTS
Tarot Coach may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. SUBSTANTIVE INFORMATION
All information gained during tarot, psychic or mediumship readings is held confidential between Sandra Luciano and the Client. If a Client, however, raises suspicion of criminal or otherwise unethical activity, Sandra Luciano will report to the appropriate authorities. If Sandra Luciano wishes to share information or feedback gained from a reading, she will request your permission in writing. Sandra Luciano will only share information once permission has been expressly granted by you, Client, in writing.
Tarot, Psychic or mediumship readings given by email are kept by Sandra Luciano for a total of 28 days, after which point, they will be deleted from her files computer or cloud. They are kept for that period of time so that she can resend them to the customer only, if they have been lost or accidentally deleted by the customer. They will never be intentionally sent to another person or third party. Please take good care of your readings as after this time Sandra Luciano will not be able to resend a copy to you.
HOW TO RESOLVE DISPUTES
CONTACT US IF YOU BELIEVE A COPYRIGHT HAS BEEN INFRINGED
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Site infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us using the contact information provided below (a “Notification”). A copy of your Notification will be sent to the person who posted or stored the material addressed in the Notification. Please be advised that pursuant to applicable law you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a Notification. Thus, if you are not sure that material located on or linked to by the Site infringes your copyright, you should consider first contacting an attorney.
CONTACT US IN WRITING TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each "Dispute" and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
